What other way is there to use it?

- Opening up the grinds a bit by covering with water and stirring until you get a nice foam
- Then adding the rest of the water, letting it all sit for a minute
- Put plunger down 1/2 way, wait 2 min

DELICIOUS.  Brings out a bit more of the body ... mmm  ;D

I do something similar.

Boiling hot water for 30 seconds to let the grounds soak up (open up) and stir with a non-metallic item (wood/bamboo chopstick for me).
Pour remaining water to fill level. Stir with non-metallic item again.
Let steep for 4 minutes.
Stir one more time.
Press.
Enjoy.

This is what I do

Push plunger down

pour coffee over rediculous amount of sugar and cream

poop in an hour

repeat as necessary

Great day at work today!

Interview tomorrow at 10am.   :-[ 

I have to do some reading up tonight and press the top I'm going to wear.  I want to be able to offer ideas for the programs I will be coordinating.

Pork chop, sweet potatoes, and  [wine] for dinner.   [thumbsup]
