Once again I've missed a ludicrous amount between Friday and now.  How is it possible for you people to be so prolific and not even have a Cliff Notes version???   [laugh]
Inara: (pissed) "What did I say to you about barging into my shuttle?"

Mal: "That it was manly and impulsive?"

Inara: "Yes, precisely. Only the exact phrase I used was 'don't'."

Oh yeah, I had another first on my bike today: dropped her.   [bang]    [bang]    [bang]

I'm fine--it was a < 5 mph thing at an intersection.  I misread the situation and throttled on when DS decided to brake and wait.  Rather than running into him, I grabbed a bunch of brakes and swerved right, then AWWW DAMMIT, PAVEMENT!

Casualties: Rizomo mirror, both brake levers, foot peg, my right shoulder & my ego.  Could have been worse.

WELL, got THAT out of the way!   ;D

I don't think I need mind-reading lessons so much as I need to watch for brake lights and, I don't know, NOT be directly in his line in situations like that.   [roll]  Good luck not being freaked out by the mind-reading gig, Mother...most women can do it and most men are disconcerted by it.   ;D  You'll get used to it after a while.

I thought it was the guys job to be a mindreader?

Try this one with Stu, Ericka "If you don't know why I dropped my bike I'm not going to tell you".
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Haven't had one since last year

Oh yeah River feel better.

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

Stew's a great guy...he just installed my Christmas present--a heated vest (cuz' I get cold) yesterday, on the hottest day of the year.  Aaaahhh, the irony!   [laugh]  BUT, there isn't a single wire hanging out in the open.  Now THAT'S art!
