That would make the decision to crash easier  Grin

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

Evening all. I had to back to the eye doc after work today.  He wanted to do a retinal scan instead of dilating the eye.  I could not do it.  The light was too bright and my L eye closed right up.

Maybe next year.  I am going to have to cash out a week of vacation to pay for new lenses. The Red Cross does not have a vision insurance plan, just a discount plan that discounts nothing but the visit, no lenses or coatings.  Good thing I have no travel plans.

Are you doing the 1-800-contacts thing? Supposed to be a lot cheaper.
If it's glasses, make sure you shop around. I swear, Wal Mart and Sam's have ridiculously cheap lenses sometimes and they can do a good job.

I did do some shopping around on price.  Costco takes our plan, but uses inferior materials and coatings.  same thing with Sams and Wal Mart.  Plus I have never shopped at Wal Mart and do not plan on starting any time soon.  I would rather pay more for quality and use my $ to support local businesses.

I am fortunate not to have to wear glasses, so my opinion on this matter is worth @ $0.00, but...

I would think that this is one area not to skimp.
