ok... WTF?

so I've been the shop's main CNC guy for... 5 years... and now I see that one of the work leaders (who is a manual guy) is scheduled for training in our software next month.

I know that my shop head wants to make more programmers, so given my seniority, it would make sense to me to be the lead guy once more kids are up to speed, right?

but now if Slackey McDouchebag is getting training, am I just being paranoid that he's gonna be promoted into this spot over me?  I've already been passed up for WL once because I was "too important" on the production level

Can't wait........Sunday ride is on. [thumbsup]

Good.

We had a sitter last night and went out.

I went to 'sleep' early. [laugh]
