i feel like crap if i have too much caffiene. i can have 2 or 3 red bulls if they are the sugar free kind, but i pay for it later.

needless to say, i don't drink it that much so when i do i'm completely unstoppable for about an hr.

then i want to die.

I know I drink too much... that first cup of coffee works simply to improve my coordination to pour the second cup
