here's a yummy drink recipe for the day from a local restaurant... i LOVE this drink (served in a 'toonie glass):

"Blond Saint"
Distillery No. 209 Gin
splash Lillet Blond
plus St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur

amazing, because i hate hate hate gin but i LOVE this drink....

was gonna hook a few steelhead for dinner, since they are spawning up my driveway......
