B's looking at a PhD program at UCLA.

on top of everything going on in my life I now have the flu  >:(

Would you like to make plans for the weekend without having it rain?

Now the bad part:

Traffic
People
Traffic
Cost of housing
Traffic
Basic cost of living is MUCH higher than where you are now

That being said I've no regrets about leaving Upstate NY to live in LA. I loved it and would move back there in a second. My wife did not care for it all that much though and we're much happier here in San Diego (cuz when mama's happy everyone is happy  ;D)

Ning.   [drink] time here.  Work is done for the day.  I am tired.  Waking up just after 0400 will do that.

I need to get hold of a video camera.  I am going to make a video, post it up on You Tube, and beg for $$ for my Red Cross.  Our Annies are falling apart.  We teach over 70,000 people how to CPR every year and the equipment is old and broken.  Our dept is not allowed to write grants.  $6,000.00 would replace every Anne with an ACTAR.

A begging I go.  Begging is allowed, I checked.

Look at programs in Seattle DD.  It does not rain all the time and traffic is light compared to CA.
