I was the first guy to run it yesterday, and it jammed up... somewhere upstream of the venturi, and the training we just had was for the CAD/CAM side.

I have no desire to be the button monkey. I'm supposed to be the shop's programmer  [roll]

Does your shop have a maintenance guy/millwright?

The shop I worked at we called 'em crank yankers. ;D

the maint. guys are in training for the machine today... I'm not surprised something went wrong.... the machine sat around collecting dust for almost 5 years before we installed the thing.

it was already pointed out that we don't have sufficient dryers for the source air, and the factory guy recommended upgrading our control... it's still running windows 98 and lags like... something that lags badly...

and just when I was thinking I was the only one who used the term button monkey, I got this t-shirt from one of my counterparts over in puget sound



they do "monkey shirt fridays" over there  [laugh]
