btw, biking has returned to the list of things that i do that are dumb.
i forgot how out of shape i am when i got angry at the traffic and tried to blast past everyone at 5 mph faster than my old cruising speed was. 2 yrs ago thqt wouldn't have been a problem. i think i almost sent myself into cardiac arrest when i hit the little hill.
i was wishing that it would start raining like it did yest.

mmm... bed... I miss a bed. Trying to get a couple hours of sleep after too much caffeine is not a good mix. Toss, turned, and kept waking up. Only managed to get about an hour straight through. Today is going to be a long day.
