I'm not sure I like them as much as I thought I would
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project. 

So I went solo.  -Me

FYI... the pic make them look wavey....they are not  ;) ;D

So which is it?  Guinea, fowl or hen?   ;D   You talkin' 'bout those little chickens you can get at the store?  I've roasted a few of those (not too recently though).  I do recall that they were really tasty.

Guinea hen. Not the average game hens you find in the store. I guess they consider it game here in the Colorado.
Christine found a place to order them, since they aren't on the shelves in the store like they are in France.  :)
