Hockey is hard to get in shape for, because you usually can't just go skate for 30 minutes for a couple of nights to get the muscles back in shape.  So then you're using game time to get back in shape and you push it too hard (because it's a game) and then you're sore for like a week.

I hate you Teddy, now you have me wanting to play hockey again   [cheeky]

yeah, last week I tweaked my hip a lil pushing over on a butterfly slide

[roll] my game is slowly coming back, though. what's frustrating is that my mind's still in it; I get all my reads, just the body is slow to get me there

then lace 'em up, dang it!  ;D

It's cocktail hour.

Today was Low stress Thursday, but I was cranky. We got to put a 26' gluelam in place along with some 9'6" 2x12 headers,

Of course we're working on a foundation that hasn't been back filled...giddyup.

What are you kids gonna do when you get a few miles on those young bodies? [evil] [laugh]

You're only as young as the person you feel.  [evil]
