Couldn't they piss you off with Scarlett Johannsen?
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

If I had been at work, and *anyone* had seen that (I typically assume here is work safe), I'd have been fired.

i highly doubt they did it to piss anyone off.

most likely it was jsut them being silly and posting something they found funny. boys being boys as it were.
