Kinda proud of me-self this mornin'.  Actually got up and went for a jog with one of our dogs.  Not too long of one as I'm hella-outta-shape, but enough to get my heart-rate up.

Knockin' out emails and my to-do list before I get a mug o'  and head to [work smiley].

Have a good 'un y'all...

Good job man.  My back has finally recovered enough to let me get back into the gym again, and yesterday evening was my first decent post deployment work out.  Had to go slow and take it easy for a while, but it sure felt good to start working out again.
