one of the products we sell is listed a $406

they want to sell it for $284 but havne't changed the price in the system so we just take 30% off when we book an order.

there is now a promo wher they want to take %30 of the "list" price of $284.

i just tried to explain why taking %60 off of 406 is not the same ans taking another 30% off of 284.
to someone who makes a lot more money than i do and is vastly mroe important.

It does seem sorta counter-intuitive that a piece of paper qualifies you for more than actual intelligence and common sense.

Good to see you back.  Did you cross a pond for the holidays?
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I will not quit drinking.

Isn't it a bit early to say your bp won't drop?  Once you get the kids off your lawn, and make them stop wrecking your snowmen, you'll calm down.

You don't believe doctors anyway.   There could be any number of temporary reasons for an increased reading.   Didn't you say you were gonna be around to piss on someones grave?

Was that a PSA or just a fictional story?

It was very good.
