On some other news, Insurance comp refuses my claim for the stolen 696 and I sold the R1 to the rider and he came to pay for it so as of yesterday I am now without 2 wheels :(

Are you suing the insurance co?

What basis are they using to justify their position on refusing the claim?

Refused claim due to the fact that no motion sensor alarm were fitted, but when the bike was inspected by their agent no mention of this was even made, also there are no clause in the policy document that states the bike had to have an alarm fitted. So now the claim is with the Insurance Ombudsman for review, and that can take years in our African bureaucracy :( >:(

riding in the snow is fun. i just forgot to make my snowballs this morn to throw at people who dont' clean off their cars before they leave.


ohh and people who shovel, plow, or blow the snow from their driveway inot the street need to be kicked in the taint.
