they didn't finish with my car, because a new headlight is being ordered.

 [laugh] i know... the loaner car is always nicer than mine  [roll]

too bad i don't have somewhere to go this weekend.
we're having a dinner party tonight, so i'm kinda stuck @ home cooking.

menu so far:

roasted turkey
wild mushroom risotto with asiago
baby green salad with sunflower seeds, gorgonzola and grape tomatoes

i need to figure out an app...

Owen is not doing so good.  It started with diarrhea at about midnight.  Once in the house, and then every 2 hours outside.  He is a good boy and made it out the elevator, down the hall and out the door before letting loose.  Sometime during all of this his rear right leg stopped working.

93 pounds of poo that can't walk is not good.

Laura got the Jeep out and met us out front.  We picked him up and got him in  the back on his bed.  The back seat, belts, and carpet are out and it is one big dog space.  He loves riding.  They are going out to grandmas house.  No elevator, an acre of grass and doting folks.

I think he had a stroke.  Had to tell in the dark and barley awake, but he did not seem alert.  

I have to be at work at 0730.  I will probably be on the verge of tears all day.


Think good thoughts for us.
