Well...  I'm back to waking up before my alarm goes off which I find annoying as all get-out.

'Ning...  Spent yesterday in my van doing errands all over LA county culminating with dinner at an amazing....no....AMAZING Afghani Restaurant in Pasadena.  Yum, yum, yummy!!!

Stupid amounts of work today so I got to jet.

Have a day....or not...  [thumbsup]

Citation, $1,000+ fine, 12 month probation, and a whole bunch of bullshit explaining to do. Go cite the ones that are doing the bare minium and should be shut down, not the innovative trailblazers that go above and beyond the requirements, and due to a misinterpretation of legalese, didn't cross the make the beast with two backsing "t".

Problem was fixed within 2 hours, but they issued the citation retro-active.  No warning, no "did you know about this situation?"

There goes my rosy outlook on good things happen to good people.

  How come all the make the beast with two backstards slip through the cracks?

Maybe I'll just have to start behaving like a frickin' asshole.

I probably shouldn't discuss it on a public forum, but I'd be more than happy to give you the lowdown via pm or phone call...

Basically the state is exploiting a semi-vague legal loophole that never was a problem or issue in the past.
