I'm not to worried.  30 is a big group and you just have to come off as mean at first and then have fun. Other wise, they run all over you.  I was supposed to have 3 students for 5 hours today and my boss switched me with the original instructor for the 30 class.  It was 2 VISTA vols teaching.  One of them now has my easy class.  It's all good.  Better for the students!  One of the VISTAS has only taught once before.
