Funny thing is I didn't realize how crappy I felt.

It's good to know everything seems to be in good working order. You're gonna need an inordinate amount of crotchety for DIMBY.  [beer]

Good Evening, DD.  How are you this evening?

i promise not to make you cry tonight.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Just like my normal presumed state...  head in the clouds.  ;D

What did you do to your foot?  (same story you probably posted 3 or 4 pages ago)

Running injury.... [bang]

Either a navicular stress fracture or tarsal tunnel syndrome.  I go for a MRI later in the week.

X-Rays showed some "unusual" ghosting in my navicular bone, and I'm also having some tingling and creepy crawly feelings that could make it nerve related.   :-\

I'm not allowed to partake in impact activities (no running).   :'(

Wait, isn't cyclocross 60% running?  ;)

Sure is.  The remaining 40% is spent trying to catch your heart and it jumps out of your chest.

Ever-Ning from the shop.

Mostly productive day but I don't know why they keep slipping by me so damned fast of late.  Seems like I just get going and it's almost noon.  WTF!  Oh well, whatevah....
