We had tsunami warnings here too, they shut down the beaches, but everything stayed calm.

Gotta pack, heading to the airport in a couple of hours. [thumbsup]

The beaches here were closed as well, but the local tv stations showed people still out there on their boards.

I live along the tsunami evacuation route.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I am in a funk.  My hand hurts where Val bit it, I have a headache, and I feel old.

On the positive side, the sunset here was beautiful tonight, I got a cool shirt for my bday and I am making bacon and sausage for breakfast tomorrow.

Speaking of your sunset, I saw a cool thing while on the plane tonight.

Skies are overcast.  Haven't seen sun in like weeks.

Plane cruises at 35,000 ft and above the clouds.  The sun is still up, but setting.  Blue skies still.

The moon is out and it's full, or almost full.

That's going into the memory file of really neat things I've seen.

Right next to dp falling into the screen door of the party shed :D
