yep. hopefully i don't have to rent a car when i get down there. as of last night my mom was still in the hosp with a fever. i was supposed to meet my sis at the apt and she was going to hand off the leys to my moms car.

the reason i hope i dont' hav eto rent is that i don't have a CC and they won't let you rent without one. (or at least they won't let me rent without one)
It's not just you.

Even if you are getting an insurance rental you need a cc

they didn't. but i did get a free soda  [roll]
and trhat's after eing charged $25 to check a bag. no wonder people have these huge make the beast with two backsing suitcases as carry on bags. though those people need to be put in steerage along with their oversize bags.

so now i'm just sitting here waiting for my sis to get here...and my bag.
if they lose it do i get my $25 back?

I love my luggage, everyone else has the same old same old boring stuff that all looks the same. We have cheap vintage luggage from the 40's that you can see coming a mile away. We get some odd looks from people in the airports too.

I have a hard-sided suitcase that I covered in stickers. I can see it coming 'round the carousel right away. I've even spotted it being loaded into the cargo hold from a window too.

They lost the suitcase that had your 4 Zegna suits and 2 pairs of Bruno's and the Cartier you were giving your sister for her birthday?  [evil]

(You might get up to $50.)
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I spent my entire day in an airport yesterday.  I flew from NJ to Detroit to NWPA.

Training done at 12.  At airport at 1230.  Flight leaves at 630.

Flight canceled and rebooked for 730.

I sat there for 7 hours.  I finally landed here at 1130 and was in my house at 1230.

I'm driving next time.  I don't care what they say, they can't stop me.

I'd have been home at 630 and been able to have dinner with Mrs ML. . .

I don't get mileage atm, but will soon.

I don't think anyone ever considered it.
