Trying to stay employed in a super shitty economy actually has me workin OT. It's a shame I've come to hate my job as part of the poor economy. Yesterday I said fuk it and took the afternoon and went bicycle riding with a friend up and down the coast.

We've been looking for houses every weekend and that too is getting old. :P

I'm running and biking with the puppy any chance we get in between all that (I even picked up a new bike that's better suited to the dog and color matched as well).

I could see it now.

Prep car.
Pull car into booth.
Call wife to bring paint I didn't bring.
Mask windows. Run out of newspaper.
Get more paper. Run out of tape.
Open paint-pour it into gun without shaking it up first.
Pour it back into paint container. Close and shake.
Reopen, twist around to find paint gun, kick paint over.
Swear a bunch, give up and start drinking.

The three stooges got nothing on me.


It'd be helpful if I knew any of the steps-most of the people I know who've had things painted get it back weeks after they drop it off. I suppose most of those guys are just on a beach in San Diego, which they call "prepping".  :P
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Seriously I can tell you how to do it in 15 minutes...

after that it's all looking past the bright light to see the puddle. ;)
