I had dust from Mongolia rain down on my truck two weeks ago.  I'd think it is possible for volcanic ash to go that far as well.

Mongolia is a bit closer to you then Iceland is to us.........based on how wind patterns move.

If the ash were to make it this far, it would hit Alaska/Canada first, and then I guess it could potentially get into our gulf stream and move south.

i've never had anything made with persimmons that was enjoyable.

all this after discussing how i was taking it easy since i didn't know the limits of my tires.
