Seriously, when i am 800years old i want to rock like Lemmy! it is a religion that requires lots of determination, drugs, and Marshall stacks.

How could that be?

Surely they must be designed to grip at track like lean angles on the street.  That happens sometimes.

Were they new?

Something on the track?  (That got me last time at the track :( )

Sorry to hear about the crash and glad to hear you're ok.

they gripped just fine the first 5 sessions.
the problem is they are meant more for mileage and street riding, not being pushed on the track.
like i said, they held all day up until that point. people had being going off there all weekend. and apparently people go off there a lot anyways. i was on my 4th lap of that session so the tires were hot. i might have put more angle on them than before, but i could swear i was going the same speed as i had all day because of hearing that everyone was going off there and not wanting to wreck my ride to work.

no matter way, it happened, i learned, and i'm in decent shape after going down. now i just need to repair the bike and let my ankle heal.

Sorry to hear about your get-off Travis...  This was the 675, yes?

Getting ready for my first day at the new job.  I'm pretty amped up right now, but I'm a cup low on my coffee intake so that's probably affecting the ammeter reading...

Still on just my iPhone, got the 'net at my new pad but my computer won't talk to the new network or sumptin...  If only my computer had Desmo valves...I'd probably be able to fix it.  ;D

Later guys!

Sounds like maybe a heat issue?

Is the plastic repairable?  Like with zip tie stitches?

i've been wondering if the tires just got fried from heat cycling, but i don't know enough about how that works
the front fairing cna be stitched, but the side is completely dead. i'll see if i can take pics tonight and get them up.

something else we figured out is that my left foot got caught under the rear wheel. how youmight ask did we figure this out? i have a mark on my boot that matched up perfectly with the rear axle.  :o

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

Ouch!  Good testament to the boot, though.

All types of constuction...

Currently, a fairly elaborate two level deck, I designed.

Most contractors don't want to deal with an architect/designer.

Sorry about the ST.  Good to hear you were mostly unscathed.   [thumbsup]
