America's Teaching Zoo (Exotic Animal Training & Management) is right across the street from where I live.  I get woken up sometimes by one of the Gibbons they have there several times a week...  freaky sound, alright!   :o

In the evening you can hear the lion/tiger/other big cat getting excited for dinner.  They are L-O-U-D!!!

  When I first moved in, I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on until Stew told me about the zoo.
