No good ning here.  I have a Dr appt at 1100 and have to fast.  No 30+ ounces of coffee with a touch of sugar and milk.  8 ounces black and that is it.  My cholesterol was excellent 3 years ago and the test was done without fasting.  The sacrifice better = even better numbers.  I may take my thermos and have a cup right after the blood draw!

I got a very sad pm the other day from the guy that bought my Monster.  It was stolen.  He found it 2 blocks away with what seems to be minor damage.  I got teary.

I doubt it....  I just got hired and time off  wont be in my plans for quite some time.
