I'll bet it does.  How long were you home before she headed out?

I got home Thursday evening-she left this morning.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

At least she'll be home for a while after this one.    Be careful what you wish for   ;D

KnightofNi

i'm tired, sunburnt, and in a shitload of pain despite the percoset

but i got to hang out with my dad at a sporting event and was reminded how we are related.
got to have a nice long chat with him and he was even interested in soccer.
had a good dinner and was told how "hot" i am by a few women. (the latter did nothing for the g/f  [laugh])

now it's time for more pain killers and to lay down and sleep for a while.

i deem this a good day. [thumbsup]

Mal: "That it was manly and impulsive?"

Inara: "Yes, precisely. Only the exact phrase I used was 'don't'."

Suppose today will come out closer to the forecast?

Yep, looks like it's going to be a nice day.

Are you heading to the Fishtail NJ days?

Nope.

I'm doing Grattan and coming home. The extra expense won't be in the budget.

Same here.

I have to get back on the track.  The last outing was terrible.  It's amazing how much your head can screw with you  ???

I think it was Thursday when my brain decided to turn off the "I don't know to ride anymore" switch.  So now I'm dieing to get out.

Hey

Hey

Monsterlover

My last time at the track was not a good one either.

Easy lowside, which didn't bother me much.

Dropping a valve and destroying my engine...

That stuck with me.

Hey
I only managed about 3 sessions on Monday.

It's probably a good thing I didn't ride Tuesday. The tire i was planning two days on was pretty bald by the end of Monday.

Crashing is how we remember we're just regular riders that like to ride on the track. You don't want to think you're better than you are.

I will say I think you got more spooked after doing a few sessions than you were at the start of the day.
