Cause he's an official mod for NMC...that gives him green stars.  He gets the gold ones in the boards where someone else is the official mod.

It's supposed to be based on the board.

Mine are different here and in any other board except MHM, where I am the law.  ;D

For what ever reason, mine are the same everywhere  :-\

Though apparently, he can still edit main board posts, which is why I no longer refer to him as some type of weenie.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
