Hahahaha. It wasn't terrible coming back. Just the whole driving through NYC thing. I got back at 4:00pm (5:00pm y'alls time) today.

yeah, the view from the Cross Bronx Expressway sucks bad. The Major Deegan ain't much worse. 

Don't judge all of the Bronx on just what you saw from I-95.  That's pretty much the worst of it.  There are some nice parts of the Bronx too... Little Italy, Fordham, down near the Maritime Academy by Throgg's Neck, etc...  You just have to know where to look for it. 

Glad everyone made it home safe! 

I might have to plan my vacation around East Coast DIMBY next year.

I hit my head hard enough to break a helmet.

I don't even have a headache.

I guess I'll buy another one of them...seemed to work. Too bad the pattern I had is discontinued.

The bike fared pretty well...I did bend a rotor when the bike surfed on top of a 675. I sawed through the surface of his swingarm.

One more day at the track and I'll be back around.
