yeah, the view from the Cross Bronx Expressway sucks bad. The Major Deegan ain't much worse.  [puke]

Don't judge all of the Bronx on just what you saw from I-95.  That's pretty much the worst of it.  There are some nice parts of the Bronx too... Little Italy, Fordham, down near the Maritime Academy by Throgg's Neck, etc...  You just have to know where to look for it.  ;)

I can't believe you left out Jerome Avenue!!!

Actually City Island is ok
This is an insult to the Pez community

I am back in Boston from Maine.  Fly ot at 630 pm.  Off to tour Sam Adams, Harpoon, and WGBH.

Riverdale is technically in the Bronx too, right?

It's very not bad over there...   ;)

I only see jesus having a sauna with a teletubbie.

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

Seriously, when i am 800years old i want to rock like Lemmy! it is a religion that requires lots of determination, drugs, and Marshall stacks.

Oh ouch! Sorry to read about the spill DP!   That is da suck!  Hopefully there are no delayed physical reactions (mental I can understand).    ;)

Maybe you need to take a week just to rest after this past, long weekend â€" just a suggestion.    [thumbsup]

LMT:  hope the trip back is uneventful and quick!

Time to unpack the camping gear and set that out â€" more to air out and clean.  For whatever reason, everything was nearly 100% dry when we packed it all up - yay!

And then the serious job hunt begins!

you broke a helmet

your insides are squishy

force, energy transfer, and fluid dynamics

grumble groan pregnant dog and complain

damn stubborn like a mule

the absence of an expected symptom is not necessarily a good thing

Popeye the Sailor

I think grump 1 should listen to grump 2.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

stainless stuff arrived. I'd post pics but it's all in boxes and covered with that peel off white stuff so it wouldn't look too impressive.

it wasn't a bad crash

the lid broke because of it's design not because of a 100-0 impact

the emt at the track talked to him and gave him the all clear

Glad to hear you are ok, Nate.  [thumbsup]
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.
