Best last name ever is a guy at a service contract of mine named Steve Warsavage.
Close second is someone who used to work for my company named Jack Hammer.

I was born Mary Czaja, adopted at 13 and got a new last name, legally changed it back to Czaja at 23.
My birth certificate still has the adopted last name.  As bad  as the ones y'all listed!
And no, I am not telling.
