I jumped off the wagon and had a mountain dew

Been dewless for 8 years... Maybe only 7 can't remember

Regardless

Gave me heartburn

Did you at least have the "throwback Dew"?

Did you jump off a mountain or anything crazy like that?

Hey Gang,
A LOT of close calls yesterday on the bike... People deciding to try to make left turn behind me but in front of duc_poultry.  [bang] We were the only ones on the road, in the middle of nowhere.  [roll]  Then later, a pickup was looking right and pulled out in front of us without looking left ( again in the middle of nowhere), and then instead of continuing, he stops in the middle of the road and stares at me as I'm coming closer and closer!  WTF??!!  :o  I'm glad I upgraded my front brakes.  About ten minutes after that, I'm coming up to a left-hander and just az I'm tipping in, I see another pickup on my side of the road!!!  My first thought was to cross the yellow and go behind him, but he jerked back into his lane and I had time to get back over and get around him. Yikes!

When I got home, I found out that I had lost my truck keys. :P  After looking for like half an hour, I gave up and decided to use the spare.  I turn the key... Nothing.  Dead battery.   >:(
River tried to help jump it 1/2 a dozen times to no avail.  So I borrowed her vehicle to go buy a new battery.  $82.00 later, my truck was ready to rumble.

Geez, it makes me almost happy to see Monday morning...

I only see jesus having a sauna with a teletubbie.

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

???   Wow!   I guess you could look at it as a lucky kind of day!   Glad you made it home physically unscathed!
