I wouldn't be mid corner at 9k ... usually at 3.5k~4k or less ... but maybe a bit higher ...?

My 750 had to be 5K+ coming out or it would feel like you threw out an anchor. ;D

4k is a bit low, torque peak is up around 6 so that's the better place to start pulling from

same thing here, with the car I've been doing an aggressive hypermiling technique, drive at a great fuel economy speed and keep that same exact speed in corners, traffic circles etc even if it is a very inappropriate speed.  [cheeky]
