I like standard time. [thumbsup]
I dislike the chunks of ice raining from the sky outside.

Odd that the city and CT are getting winter precip...

and it's just raining here.

I'm not complaining. ;)

was doing nothing at home either, the news said this little system was going to back in east to west from CT. just is a not nice little reality check as once this stuff happens here, it means getting real winter weather up my way is just around the corner.

couple degrees lower.... :'(
yeah, home is usually around 10 degrees colder. So throughout the winter when down here gets rain, I know I have nonsense to look forward to as I head home usually. I've gone home with it raining like a pregnant dog here and over 2 foot of snow at home.  [bang]

It is inevitable...

Just got new winter sneakers for the focus.

I need some snows for the p/u too.

The A/S just don't cut it on a 2 wd truck.

I just have to get a set of rims. I have the snows from the Mazda that I hadn't gotten around to mounting on their own rims last winter and instead had just swapped them on and off of the rims on the car. Turns out that it's good I hung onto them as they are the exact same size as the VW's spare so they should work well. Just need to get some 15 inch steelies to mount them on.

morning  [coffee]

the white is falling from the sky  :-\

there is a little bit of white way up high in the sky.

Not the kind that falls.

Lots more blue than white.

Supposed to be in the upper 60's today.  8)
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Same for here...  supposed to get up to 66 today.

To be honest, sometimes I still miss CT winters...

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it
