Cooking gives me focus.  Being unemployed is starting to get to me. 

I have been making one really complicated dish each week.  It gives me something to plan on.

I am consumed with Thanksgiving planning right now!

I understand, oh do I understand.  My one project is wrapping up and the unemployment will be back at 100% soon if I don't get that changed soon. It's already gotten to me and I'm pretty certain that it's getting to the other bodies under this same roof.   [thumbsdown]

Might be best if I find a project (besides the obvious job hunting).  Since Randimus is a way better cook, I don't think I'll bother with new recipes.  hmmmm....suggestions? 

Had the second round of interviews today.  Two groups of 3 each.  And speaking of "devil's advocate": One guy gave me a similar dose of my own medicine. Pointed out all the ways in which I did not qualify, would fail, blah blah.  Only difference is when I play that role, I typically announce it and do it with good intentions and not with a cynical chip on my shoulder.  I would be working closely with him and 5 others.  Good rapport with those people though. 

We'll see.

In other news:  A Denver Post article states that there is an older woman with Alzheimer's who has been missing for two days (very very sad and I hope they find her soon and in as good of health as she can be).  

However I'm envious of her last name:  "Nevermissashot".   Seriously.

HELLO!!!  Getting drunk tonight  :P trying to kick this keg by myself.  Off to play Mr. Rogers make believe for a few days tomorrow.  Going to Providence to see the new Warren Miller film with a new Girl who is absolutely awesome!  [thumbsup] Then I disapear off the face of the earth for a week, not that any one will notice.

Any way, what is everyone else up to?

DP, is there such a thing as a DMF flag?  Like something I could take a picture with in an obscure place that I can't disclose until I get back?  :-*

Yep, I wear them to work everyday.  This Bud Light has got to go, Smithwick's is up next.

Got the monster back on the road this weekend, new tire, sprockets, chain, painted exhaust.
Working on 748 now, new blinker and mirror will be fixed tonight, then probably will winterize it soon.  :-\
