I'm not sure Mikey...

I'd tell you about my week...

but it would have to be in the NOGAS thread and it would sound like whining.

I hate it when I whine. ;)

I'm not sure if I want to go into all the details of a particular dilemma right now as there may be a lawsuit in the works but my wife's daughter's car, of which I am the co-signer, was hit and subsequently totally while parked on the street by her house. What should be cut and dry isn't.
I am a little proud that my emails made it to Nationwide's Casualty Claim Manager for the NorthEast's desk though.
Sounds impressive but ultimately worthless as well.

You never know.

Inside adjusters are trained to say NO. If it's that cut and dry the manager could decide that you aren't going to back down and will seek counsel. No sense fighting a suit you know your going to lose.

just annoying that it has to come to such nonsense
If it were the Old West this would be done already and a saloon would have a new owner just like that.

I imagine they weren't as fun as the movies make them out to be, plus we need to be thankfully we don't have smell-o-vision

The canines are fed, caffeine has been brewed and there's a big piece of poultry in the oven.  Now, for some swine.
