Eff that. My phone is for talking and sending text messages.

Oh, and angry birds.
I talked to my dad a couple of weeks ago...

he said he texted me.

I laughed my ass off.

Frank, I think Nate just included you in his age group.  How do you feel about that?     [laugh]

He's just young...

all the kids are doing it nowadays.

I have no response.   :(

I don't feel right now.  Everything around me feels gray.

I'm a fairly tech savvy guy.

The real problem is the keyboard.  The darn thing is designed for a 14 year old school girl.   >:(

The other problem is the touch screen.  The darn thing is designed for a 14 year old school girl.   >:(

I have to use one of those pen wands in order to not click on half of everything on the screen.

I made the mistake a little while ago of telling the boss she could email my work phone from her desk.    E-make the beast with two backs...

Three of us at work upgraded our phones at right about the same time. Two other guys got the Droid X, I got the "old-tech" Droid 2. It's smaller, but it has an actual keyboard. A tiny one, but it's a keyboard.

After a week of getting harangued for having a POS phone, I got to laugh at both of them when, on the same day, their touch screen keyboards helped them fat-finger their way into "discussions" with their respective wives.

That's pretty serious. You didn't have much of an ass to start with.  :o

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

There's an article in the latest Time mag about how computers are evolving really fast.

They predict by 2023 computers will be as powerful as the human brain. By 2045 they will be more powerful that all human brains combined :o

They already built one that beat the all time jeopardy champ. It has voice recognition and everything.

Evening
I won't be impressed until computers get smart enough that they get depressed at the sadness of the reality that they can now understand and destroy themselves.  ;D
