Does this thread cone with instructions?

Or is it mandatory to throw the out and ignore them?

Indeed.

Signing off. Big day tomorrow. Sanding concrete with 16 grit and then etching with muratic acid. Then prime on friday / topcoat saturday.

If all goes well.
