On a happier note...

I think I've mentioned my buddy that had an issue with cancer recently.

He's been absent since just after Christmas.

He showed up today.

It was great to see him. ;D

That's good news.  Is he back to work?

Off and on...

He 's doing the chemo thing and isn't feeling great.

He didn't lay down though...and that makes me happy.

It was good to see him say hey to the zipster, ....although somewhat reluctantly and the reaction of Z seeing his buddy...he's afraid of the ramifications of the common cold because of the chemo.

Life is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too make the beast with two backsing difficult. ;D

hi everyone,

good after the sun went down and the moon came up ...

chiller's water pump is busted ... someone, before I got here, didn't follow instructions and connected the chiller and didn't check for correct polarity of all 3 phases ... pump was running backwards and burn itself ...

Appart from that ... going back home Saturday morning ...

The fire that flared up this afternoon is 50% contained, but has already burned 1,600 acres in a matter of a few hours.

I'm not sure if any of the light rain in the area helped the effort or not.

I need  [drink] & food.

Sipping the vino doing basically the same...

Although what little I have to say is:

Tried self medicating three nights (?) ago with nothing more than some advil
after a tumble and a dragging on and over concrete curbs and black top
involving four dogs (they really should make those things out of feathers).  Advil no bueno

Tried nothing the second night.  Definitely no bueno.

Tried the dog's left over Tramadol last night.  Didn't do a thing.

Double dose of the advil and added vino tonight.  Feeling better (after a tiny pity party).   ;)

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it
