konichiwa!

lovely day here after the tornado watch
was awake for far too long alst night and then was woken up by some jackhole yelling in the street shortly after i fell asleep. i was then up for another 2-3 hrs which means i fell alseep at approximately when my alarm was going off.
today i choose to caffinate myself. my co-workers are enjoying loopy hyper travis. we'll see how they deal with grumpy, tired, moody travis this afternoon.
Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer!

Coffee is NOT the debil!

I slept in.  Taught a late class last night and had one pissy student.  Had him laughing by the end.

Travis should come visit Seattle next.

don't like coffee. don't like the taste. though i did make it better by adding jameson and bailey's  [thumbsup]

funny you should mention going to seattle. just last night i was thinking about doing that in oct(another soccer game)
if i can find a roomie in the next month or so then i will be able to do it. not sure how long i'll be able to stay though i'm hoping to have more than 2 days in town.

Morning

Happy whoopie pie day Dan!

Ran out of coffee, ended up with hipster beans.  Literally. They're delivered by hipsters on bicycles to stores in carefully curated packaging.  Not sure what else makes it "authentic" or "ironic" but it definitely could use a little help with the taste.  I guess it's the PBR of java?

Big rainstorm here this afternoon ... Took the time and gave Gina a wash ... Now she's shining in her own mate way

we typically lose power in the winter.

It gets cold when the furnace won't run.
