OK ... you can sleep in up to 1000h if you want ... I can't sleep more than 7 hours ... even if I'm drunk as rabid racoon on esteroids ...

Eating chips, Kettle chips, and drinking a beer. typing w/ one hand. Work is good, raise and extended through December w/ benefits. Should have budget for regular position after that.

Excellente'!!!!!!!!    [beer]

First acupuncture appt. tonight.  Was really interesting.  Having seen it work wonders on the dog for pain,
I finally gave myself permission to do the same.

Neck, one of several achy pieces parts, is still achy but more loose. Apparently the needles will quiver to
some extent from the energy that's raging through areas of insertion.  She was amused by the number of
needles that were dancing around.  I could also feel my sciatic respond to a needle she placed near my neck.
Said this session will help but may need a massage to further help all the tight muscles.  (Which I know
I need and are therapeutic but I still have a hard time getting past the "it's an unnecessary luxury"
aspect - blame it on the conservative/sheltered upbringing.)

I'll probably go back again but not until some time after I get that massage (from the cabana boy).

;)

I applaud you for your ability to get accupuncture. You are a braver individual than I.

I figured if a bouncy, feisty 2 y/o boxer could do it, I could too.  Was painless.    [thumbsup]

maybe northern. like up past sacramento.
though i'm told tahoe is pretty pregnant dogin too. Haven't found any job postings that interest me in cali though (NOT moving to southern cali either btw  :))

Honestly, when i was in pdx i absolutely loved the area. i now want to live amongst the mountains, but not on a mountain like mother. i just want to be a quick trip away from them.
also, after researching the area around denver i like it a lot too. went there as a kid to visit grandparents and remember it being gorgeous.
