luckily she isn't in an area that gets a lot of tornadoes. she is in FL. they get the hurricanes though they usually miss jax somehow.

just got put on a performance improvement plan because i trusted the info I was provided by sales almost a year ago, and then i did my job but didn't know something i didn't know I should even know about. Now i can't even move around in the company.


i'm trying to hold off on making any big desicions until the weekend at least.
already went for a walk. debated just going home, but then i would ahve to deal with my mom. not what i need right now.

That means, to me, you're on the way out.

But you're looking for something else anyhow so what's it matter?

it's their frist step.
I hit 10 yrs with this company in oct. I get 4 weeks of vacation at that point. I really wanted to stay here.
While on the PIP i cna't apply for other jobs.

the catalyst was actually last week when i was told i was going to get written up for the second incident.
this is jsut more of the same.

Part of it should be asking to draw unemployment.
