We'll use this new evidence to assume that the plate shown in the pic containing [bacon] was indeed eaten by Stella ...

And since this is the only evidence we have, will the jury concur that we should declare Stella guilty of passing [bacon] for other food; but, since she has already make amends's to her fault, that the time served in the hot seat be the total of her sentence?

That looks suspiciously like a stock Google photo of a plate of bacon...

Nowhere do I see evidence of Stella, her company logo, or any other identifying features that can prove that this, in fact, is a plate of bacon that was subsequently consumed by the previously mentioned Stella...

But I refuse to share elements of my personal life with work people.  
Therefore, I will risk additional punishment by you greasy finger pointers.

Show me YOUR plate of bacon that you had today.  Hmmmm?  Come on big bacon talkers.
