No reference to cooking or reheating.

Just the specific cut and curing process of the pig parts.

It does mention how it's cured and how it can be eaten "Bacon may be eaten smoked, boiled, fried, baked, or grilled" ...

It was 100F (37) here in the NC mountains.  My A/C is still broken.  It's miserable.  It's to hot to even go ride.  Where a pool when I need one.  Jumping into some ice cold water would feel wonderful right about now.

Don't let him kid you, he lives in paradise. Those roads down there would make putting up with 150 deg acceptable

Come on over to "paradise" JM.

It really is. While walking across campus this afternoon after a tour, I found $20 on the sidewalk.

Local bar (with a huge bike rack out front, cause DUI's are bad) has 2-for-1 burgers from 6-10, and $1 beers from 9-12.

Today pretty much paid for itself.  [beer]

[thumbsdown] about the weather JM, I hear the heat dome ain't done yet.  If you're heading west, why not keep going until you reach the coast? We've got some pretty nice roads out here too

For those that have bikes that are in running order.  >:(
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Dinner was interesting tonight.

I had a tray of drinks spilled on me by the waiter who was training a new waitress.   [thumbsdown]

I was not pleased with their response.  As in, they didn't have much urgency cleaning up the mess, they failed to bring us new napkins (since we used ours to clean up the table), no meals/drinks were comped, no manager came to make sure everything was 'okay', no offer of soda water to clean the red wine out of my white t-shirt, etc.  >:(
