I'm just repeating their side of the story ...

The breakdown with new job:
Base salary $850.00
Commissions[monthly]: 10% of gross shop's production
Yearly bonus: 10% of shop's net production


The first two add up to aprox $1400.00/month ... The last one should be a nice big fat check in December ... I guess Grin

The shop is now producing about $12000.00/month, I can take it to upwards of $15000.00 with my strategy of opening the doors to other non-European brands and changing to service and maintenance job only; no big repairs <these bring no $$

So, yes, at the end I get more $$ for a bit more responsibilities and hours ... Bad part is, no more traveling at company's expense, no more 4 or 5 star hotels ... or lousy customs officers that want some $$ for the equipment you're carrying to work with ...

I run a 1:10 - 1:07 or 1:08 and that's probably an 8 or 9/10's pace (gotta leave the 1/10 to try and stay upright)

The Expert wera riders are hovering around a minute flat, for perspective.
