this weekend was far to short.

i feel gyped out of a day thanks to work. they owe me a day or money.
shall write a strongly worded e-mail that is dismissed and acts as a black mark against me

gravel...just because I'm spending money like a drunken sailor doesn't mean I have any. ;D

same exit off the road...

it just wanders off the existing drive.

i hear ya :) i'm contemplating buying some new gear... revit leather jacket and pants

so driveway will go slightly up hill along the side of the barn?

Very slightly...I want it to be fairly level alongside the barn and then do it's climb closer to the house.

Trying to keep the new elevations from forcing water under the barn.

Years ago when I repaired the barn, I put a drain in so it shouldn't be an issue. Just covering all the bases...

ask me why i'm concerned about drainage  [laugh]

i recently saw a gravel driveway with elevation change that was sloped to one side, with a ditch running along the lower edge, filled with 7-8" rocks... i WANT THAT!
