Back to sea. But, not for long. Can't wait to get home to a nice comfortable 3 day weekend (assuming the 4th doesn't turn into a work day). Buying a BBQ grill on Sunday (assuming they have any left). Prolly do steaks Sunday night.

I just went to the liquor store and got lots of pretty decent wine, if you need. 

I think I've drunk all the Port, though. You'll have to suffice with the regular wine. 

Tomorrow WILL be better, because I command it to be. If it doesn't get better by Wednesday night, let me know and I'll treat you to some mac and cheese with lobster and BACON at the Hornet.

What is it with you guys and bacon?

I saw bacon in North America and it's not right. 

I will show you real bacon on the weekend when I take a pic of breakfast at work.

I just saw bacon over there at Christmas last year and I was cooking a beef roast for my S.O and my future mother in law and how I do a beef roast is that I coat the roast with wholegrain mustard and then wrap the beef with bacon.

The bacon was not LONG enough to go around the beef roast. I was PISSED!

The bacon we have in Australia is a foot long and thick.

I rather mine juicy and the fat on the bacon is cooked through but still has a little crunchy bit on the rind.
