My SO is the best! Last night she said that she wished she made more money so I could stay home and be a housewife. That is the sweetest thing she has said all year.

I would make a very good housewife  [bow_down]  I too wish she made enough for me to stay home.

It's used to prevent concrete from freezing.

Unfortunately, it's pretty tough to control.  When it turns, it's usually too late and the concrete can't be worked with and then it's stupid expensive to replace on a normal slab.  Don't want to imagine on DP's slab with the radiant heating plumbing and foam and vapor barrier and...

Even if he can get the slab in without a problem, it's a corrosive salt.  It distroys the metal reinforcing in the slab and it corrodes any metals in contact with it.

With todays temp warm water is all he needs.
