the coarsest I have available here at home is 240 ...then 280 ... 300 ...320 ...340 ....400 ....500 ....600 ...

Try to keep the coarse scratches on the epoxy and not on the plastic.

Use a block/pad to keep things smooth.

It's really easy.

Don't be afraid to use a 'skim' coat after the first sanding.

Just cuff the stickies off and go to 200 then step up

Most have never seen stuff that runs off leather belts. Taking pics is a worthwhile venture

OK ... gonna continue ... and get prep for tomorrow's diagnostic clinic ... hope to make some revenue, charging $25/vehicle ... was guaranteed at least 50 vehicles
