All four, actually. Tundra, Ram, F-150 & Silverado.  Ford and Chevy not impressive.  Chevy was worse.

Interesting, when it was time to choose my '04 it came down to the Ford and the Dodge. After driving both (very similarly equipped) back to back the same day it was no contest and the Ford came home....

I could completely see that with the previous generation trucks.

Dodge has made huge strides with their Ram.

Any specifics? I haven't towed with it yet but Ford is touting it's capability over the other trucks you mentioned. What was your experience?

Chris I HATE you.      Everything I own is paid for...bikes, cars, etc...   and now you bring this sexy new 09 into it and I want one.  NOTHING wrong with my 04 F150...clean, dependable (100k)...yet I want.

damn you all.  ;D
If you love your bike, set it free.
If it comes back to you, you've
probably high-sided.

...I just read an article that the Police in Massachusetts are using the F-150's as unmarked police vehicles!!!

Acording the the site:

"According to the folks at Pansy Patrol (great name by the way), a uniformed officer was seen ticketing a motorist who he pulled over with a blue-gray late model F-150 with no markings in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The only indications it was a legitimate cruiser came from the interior-mounted red and blue lights. Very tricky. First they bail on the Caprice and take up Crown Vic Interceptors, then Chargers, and now the most ubiquitous vehicle on the road, the F-150."

Chris, did you have inside knowledge of this when you bought yours???  [evil]

Did you do the same thing with your Monster?  [cheeky]

No, when the Monster was delivered I wasn't able to ride yet. I did however get up to a hair over 140 with Dietrich and Shawn (when he was around) coming back from Renaissance a while back...

At least in theory, in CA, you wouldn't have to pull over for them. It has to be a marked vehicle.
